Welcome to Diversity Beam 0.2

This portal is continually being "beamed up" as we tease out the requirements from the general concept of the Diversity in Business Resources (DIBR) being put forward by the Journey to Growth's D & I Committee. The original design of Diversity Beam (0.1) follows the BEAM design principle, which is a dashboard-centric view of enabling TARP (Transparency, Accountability, Responsiveness and Proccess-ful) attributes of a community-wide information system.  J2G's DIBR shares some of that principle but has a more business ownership emphasis and mostly likely a narrower perspective.  Based on the first set of feedback from J2G D&I members, Diversity Beam 0.2  has evolved into the following portlets (apps) that hint at the type of content that can be beamed up.  Each portlet has a purpose and potential audience.

And to follow the 21st Century IT system build-out paradigm, there will assuredly be changes to the website to adapt to audience feedback.
